I was glad to find that the spare filling comes in a sealed bag, so it stays fresh until I need it. My bolster got back its original shape and firmness after I added just a handful of the spelt.

My bolster was looking pretty flat after a few years, so I ordered this extra filling and it plumped right back up—just like new. The spelt filling feels natural and gives it that firm but comfortable support again. So glad they sell the refill separately.

Didn't realize how much spring my old cushion had lost until I topped it up with the spare spelt filling. It plumped right back up in a few minutes and the extra cover means I can wash one while the other's in use.
