The cork block has a nice firm grip even when my hands get sweaty, and the strap buckle holds tight through every pose. This bundle saved me a bit compared to buying separately, which was a pleasant surprise at checkout. Really glad I finally got proper props for home practice.

The strap is sturdy and the block provides just the right amount of support for my hip openers. I've been using this kit for a week and it's made home practice so much easier.

Finally a kit that doesn't include wasteful packaging — the block is just the right density for restorative poses and the strap feels smooth against my skin.
