The 2.5cm width is noticeably slimmer than my old strap, which gives me a much firmer grip during shoulder stretches. I’ve had it for a month of daily practice and the cotton still feels sturdy, not frayed at all.

I mostly use it for yin yoga holds and the organic cotton gives just enough grip without digging into my hands. Three lengths meant I could grab the one sized for my height, so no awkward folding.
