有機棉瑜珈毯

The weave is dense and sturdy, so it holds its shape perfectly when rolled under my knees for seated poses. I also love how it cushions my neck during shoulder stands without slipping around.

Folded it up for extra support in a restorative pose and the thickness was perfect for my neck. The cotton is dense but breathes beautifully, so I don't overheat during longer holds. Exactly what my practice was missing.

The handwoven cotton has just the right firmness for stacking under my shoulders in shoulderstand, and it doesn't slide around like my old foam block. I use it rolled behind my neck for savasana too. Genuinely the most useful prop I own now.
